Taking colour off the screen
On a screen, colour has clean edges. In an installation, it spills onto walls, faces and distances. It stops being a graphic value and becomes an atmospheric condition.
Yellow is especially physical. It advances toward the eye, increases available light and transforms every neighbouring surface. At scale, it creates less of a mood than a new gravity.

Designing a journey
An installation is never understood from one viewpoint. It must work as a sequence of potential images: the approach, the underside, the crossing and the memory that remains.
That thinking shapes our digital experiences. Even on a page, we create movement by interrupting a grid, delaying a sentence or letting an image change the pace. Motion is space over time.
